Up to 250 ml — packaging for small items: a tube of cream, lipstick, a perfume bottle, jewellery, tea bags, a sample, phone accessories and small pharma products. This range holds 3 constructions: folding cartons (3). Volume is calculated from the inner dimensions (1 cm³ = 1 ml) and helps narrow the choice when you know the product rather than the box size; the exact size of each construction is in the table below, sorted by volume. Pergament already has the cutting die for every construction: runs from 100 pcs in 2–5 working days with no tooling cost (food packaging — from 500 pcs). A manager sends the dieline and a quote by construction number; a white plotter sample is ready in 30 minutes.
How to use this section: find the size closest to your product in the table and open the construction page — it has photos of runs, materials, similar sizes and answers to common questions. If the volume fits but the proportions do not, use the “will it fit?” filter on the catalogue's main page: it takes all three dimensions into account.

Questions and answers
How do I know what volume I need?
Multiply the length, width and height of the product in centimetres — that is the minimum volume in millilitres; add 10–20 % for clearance and an insert. Then check in the table that each side of the product is smaller than the inner size of the box — matching volume does not always mean matching proportions.
The volume fits but the proportions do not. What now?
Enter the product dimensions in the filter on the catalogue's main page — it shows only the constructions the item fits into. If there are none, write to us: we will pick a die from the printing house library or design a new one.
