Fast-food packaging is made of food-grade board and printed with low-migration inks: boxes for burgers and fries, pizza and dessert boxes, trays and holders. The constructions in this section are used by cafés and fast-food restaurants, delivery services, street food and catering; minimum run — from 500 pcs, lead time — 3–5 working days. This section holds 2 constructions with a ready die — sizes from 180×100×60 to 200×149×50 mm, volume from 1.1 L to 1.5 L. Pergament already has the cutting die for each of them, so a run starts without designing and making a die: from 500 pcs in 3–5 working days. A construction page shows the inner size, type, volume, materials from previous runs and photos of finished items; a manager sends the dieline for your artwork together with a quote by construction number. A white plotter sample is ready in 30 minutes — test your product before the run. If the size you need is missing, browse the whole catalogue or write to us: the printing house library is larger than what is published.

Did not find the right size?

Send the construction number, quantity and material — a manager replies with a quote and the dieline for artwork. If no construction fits, we will pick a die from the printing house library or design a new one.

Questions and answers

Can the size of a ready construction be changed?

A die cuts only its own size: the dimensions cannot be changed by a few millimetres. If the exact size is missing, choose the nearest larger one — or order a new die: the construction is then designed for your product and the die is made separately.

What is needed to start a run on a ready construction?

The construction number, quantity and material. A manager sends the dieline for artwork and a quote; once the artwork is approved, printing and die-cutting take 2–5 working days (food packaging — 3–5).

Is the board of ready constructions suitable for food contact?

Yes — we use board with a sanitary certificate and low-migration inks; for moist and greasy food — PE coating. See the page on food packaging certification.
