What it is for
A tuck-end box is glued along one seam on the automatic line and ships flat — the most economical folding carton format. The 40×50×150 mm size (300 ml) is most often ordered by confectioneries, tea and coffee brands, cosmetics and supplement makers, and online stores for gift sets; food-grade board is chosen for food contact. Offset printing with lamination or varnish; a window, foil stamping or a tray insert can be added.
Box no. 213076 is a slim tuck-end carton: a 40×50 mm cross-section and 150 mm of height, the proportions of a vial or a tube. It is a format for one item that has to stand upright on a shelf — a glass bottle, a serum tube, a pack of sticks or swabs, a sample, a pen. The blank measures only 220×161 mm, so a press sheet holds many pieces and even a run of a hundred does not leave the sheet half empty; on this construction a small order is economically sound. GC1 board 250 g/m² is enough here: the contents are light, and the narrow panels stiffen the box on their own, like a tube. Assembly is straightforward — we close the glued side seam on the line, the boxes reach you flat, and at packing time you tuck in the bottom flaps and the lid tab. The die was made in 2021. A white plotter sample takes about half an hour and shows whether your bottle sits right in height.
